About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin and Financial Clerk to support a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in maintaining smooth office operations and financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general office administration tasks
- Assist with invoicing, quotations, and follow-ups as required
- Process debtors and creditors accounts
- Provide support to the team as needed
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Deadline-driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and record-keeping abilities
