## Title: Admin and Financial Clerk

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin and Financial Clerk to support a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in maintaining smooth office operations and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general office administration tasks
  • Assist with invoicing, quotations, and follow-ups as required
  • Process debtors and creditors accounts
  • Provide support to the team as needed

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Deadline-driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills and record-keeping abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
