Job Overview

TV Sales & Home is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Transport Dispatch Clerk. This role is based in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage transport dispatch operations efficiently
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods or services
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and schedules
• Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and other relevant departments
• Monitor vehicle movements and ensure compliance with company policies
• Handle any logistical issues or delays that may arise during dispatch

Requirements

• Proven experience in transport dispatch or logistics coordination
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations in Bulawayo
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and dispatch software (preferred)
• Valid driver's license (advantageous)
