Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Sales Agronomist to support the sales of our product range across the country. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and timely product delivery while working with agrochemical input dealers, farmers, farmer groups, and other stakeholders throughout Ghana's agrochemical supply chain to promote proper product use and responsible by-product disposal.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute sales plans to achieve sales goals and increase profitability through the implementation of sales, marketing, and consultation processes for products and services
• Evaluate current customer programs and develop sales and marketing plans to meet business needs while growing the business
• Collaborate with stakeholders in the agrochemical supply chain to heighten visibility and impact of sales while improving efficiency and profitability
• Facilitate positive long-term relationships with customers to create repeat business
• Identify needs and provide training support to farmers and farmer groups
• Prepare sales presentations, contracts, bids, and proposals to ensure successful transaction outcomes
• Work with customers courteously and professionally
• Service customer complaints and inquiries
• Lead sales projects and mentor less experienced sales staff
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of multiple products and their applications
