Job Purpose

The Human Resource Manager is responsible for leading, coordinating, and steering all staff-related matters of the Medical Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all human resource functions across the organization
• Oversee staff management and organizational development initiatives
• Direct strategic human resource matters for the Medical Group

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
• Master's Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
• Minimum of 5 years' experience with a reputable organization
• At least 3 years of experience at Manager or Supervisory level
• Minimum age of 35 years

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in a medical setting (preferred advantage)
