About the Position

A reputable Community Bank in the Ashanti Region is seeking qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals to fill this key position aimed at strengthening business growth, customer service delivery, and market expansion.

Purpose

To lead the Bank's business growth initiatives through effective marketing, customer acquisition, deposit mobilization, and relationship management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies
• Lead deposit mobilization campaigns and monitor performance
• Identify new products, partnerships, and market opportunities
• Drive customer acquisition and retention
• Coordinate branding, promotions, and public relations activities
• Prepare marketing performance reports for management and the board
• Support branch sales and marketing activities

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Banking & Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional qualification in marketing, accounting, or banking (advantageous)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Community Banking industry
