Job Summary

Oversee the planning, design, and continuous optimization of the converged RAN with end-to-end ownership of radio network performance across 2G/3G/4G/5G technologies. Deliver enhanced coverage and capacity to meet quality of service and user experience requirements across voice, data, financial, and digital services.

Drive excellence in network performance through continuous benchmarking and enhancements, cost optimization efficiencies (CAPEX/OPEX), and faster time to market for all products and services. Manage technological and product roadmaps while ensuring the radio access network supports the current subscriber base and future demands in a multi-vendor equipment and TowerCo environment.
