Job Summary
Lead the formulation and implementation of insight-driven strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth and maximize customer lifetime value in the consumer segment. Oversee the design, optimization, and excellent execution of robust customer value propositions and campaigns to acquire, grow, and retain profitable customers for MTN.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement consumer segment strategies and long-term objectives
- Understand targeted consumers' current and emerging needs, monitor competitive landscape, and balance segments with product offerings for key market segments (Digital 1st, HVC, Youth, and Mass market)
- Generate performance management reports in coordination with Business Intelligence (Insights and Analytics) teams to inform decision-making
- Validate all targeted consumers' propositions and define their value to balance revenues and allocate resources while ensuring understanding of industry dynamics, competition, margin protection, and driving scale
- Oversee development and implementation of timely, insight-based loyalty and retention interventions and programmes, ensuring end-to-end superior and differentiated customer experience
- Liaise with peers in key Techno-Commercial roles
