Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise bakery production schedules
• Ensure timely delivery of baked goods while maintaining quality and consistency
• Monitor inventory of raw materials and finished products
• Implement and enforce food safety and hygiene standards
• Conduct regular checks to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards
• Supervise, train, and motivate bakery staff
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and foster a positive work environment
• Manage shift schedules and resolve staffing issues
• Optimize production processes to reduce waste and improve output
• Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs when necessary
• Track production costs and support budget management
• Prepare daily and weekly production reports

Qualifications & Experience Required

• 2 to 3 years of experience in bakery production
