Position Overview
Jiji Online Marketplace Ghana Limited is seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team across multiple locations in Ghana. You will be responsible for identifying potential sellers, converting leads into paid customers, and supporting businesses to successfully advertise their products and services on the Jiji platform.
Job Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Work Setup: Hybrid
- Locations: Accra, Tema, Kasoa, Kumasi, and nearby areas
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new sellers, SMEs, and business owners within assigned territories
- Engage potential clients through calls, field visits, and follow-ups to convert leads into sales
- Educate clients on Jiji services and demonstrate how the platform can support business growth
- Support customers in registering and creating accounts on the Jiji app
- Assist clients in creating and publishing advertisements on the platform
- Promote and sell Jiji paid advertising services such as boost packages
- Maintain consistent client engagement to encourage renewals and upgrades
- Update client information daily and ensure accurate reporting through CRM tools
- Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong passion for sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Tech-savvy with basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office; Google tools preferred)
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Must own a smartphone
- Must reside in or around the specified locations
