Job Purpose

The Director of Internal Audit, Compliance and Risk Management will provide leadership in internal audit, compliance, and risk management services. This role advises Management and the Board to ensure adequate stewardship over the organization's assets while enforcing internationally accepted standards over the organization's systems, processes, and practices. The position aims to minimize process risks and enhance operational efficiency in line with the URCS Audit Charter and International Audit best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in Internal Audit, Compliance, and Risk Management services
• Advise Management and the Board on adequate stewardship of organizational assets
• Enforce internationally accepted standards over organizational systems, processes, and practices
• Minimize process risks and enhance operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with the URCS Audit Charter and International Audit best practices

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree
• 12 years of relevant experience
