## Title: Branch Manager

About the Organization

A reputable Community Bank in the Ashanti Region is seeking qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals to fill key positions aimed at strengthening its operations, business growth, risk management, technology infrastructure, and customer service delivery.

Purpose of the Role

To provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for branch operations while ensuring profitability, compliance, business growth, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead branch operations and staff performance
  • Drive deposit mobilization, loan growth, and revenue generation
  • Ensure compliance with Bank of Ghana regulations and internal policies
  • Manage credit risk and loan portfolio quality
  • Strengthen customer relationships and service delivery
  • Prepare operational and financial reports
  • Implement internal controls and fraud prevention measures

  • Results-oriented leadership and strategic thinking

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree or professional certification (ACCA, ICAG, CIB) is an advantage
  • Minimum of 5 years of banking experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Experience in rural or community banking is highly preferred
