## Title: Receptionist & Administrator – Appliance Repair Centre

Position Overview

A reputable appliance repair company is seeking a well-presented, punctual, and reliable Receptionist to join our team in the Phoenix/Durban North area. This role combines front desk and administrative duties in a busy service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle switchboard and manage walk-in clients professionally
  • Book service calls and coordinate with staff
  • Perform administrative tasks with strong attention to detail
  • Manage time effectively while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide excellent customer service and support

Requirements & Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Confident with social media marketing basics
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in the appliance industry (advantageous)

Employment Details

  • Location: Phoenix/Durban North, South Africa
  • Salary: R6,000 per month
  • Working Hours: Monday–Friday 07:30–17:00; Saturday 07:30–12:00
