Position Overview
A reputable appliance repair company is seeking a well-presented, punctual, and reliable Receptionist to join our team in the Phoenix/Durban North area. This role combines front desk and administrative duties in a busy service-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle switchboard and manage walk-in clients professionally
- Book service calls and coordinate with staff
- Perform administrative tasks with strong attention to detail
- Manage time effectively while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Provide excellent customer service and support
Requirements & Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Confident with social media marketing basics
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in the appliance industry (advantageous)
Employment Details
- Location: Phoenix/Durban North, South Africa
- Salary: R6,000 per month
- Working Hours: Monday–Friday 07:30–17:00; Saturday 07:30–12:00
