Position Overview

A reputable Community Bank in the Ashanti Region is seeking qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals to fill the position of Microfinance Field/Credit Officer. This role is essential to strengthening the Bank's operations, business growth, risk management, and customer service delivery.

Purpose of the Role

To market, appraise, monitor, and recover microfinance loans while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Market the Bank's microfinance products
• Conduct loan appraisal, disbursement, monitoring, and recovery
• Train and support microfinance customers
• Maintain customer and group records
• Prepare reports for management

Qualifications & Experience Required

• First Degree or HND from a recognized institution
• Ability to ride a motorbike (highly desirable)
