Job Purpose

The Finance Director will be responsible for ensuring the financial health of URCS. By combining strategic and operational goals, the Director will provide leadership in financial management through effective planning, budgeting, accurate financial record keeping, and the provision of accurate and timely financial information and reports to Management and the Board.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in financial management of URCS through effective planning and budgeting
• Maintain accurate financial record keeping and compliance
• Contribute to initiatives that optimize revenues
• Provide accurate and timely financial information and reports to Management and the Board

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 12 years of professional experience in finance management
