Geographic Restriction: Gatsibo, Kirehe, and Rubavu Districts, Rwanda

Submission Instructions

Submissions must be made electronically via email with the following requirements:

• Subject line must read: "ITT/SCI/RW/MEDICAL COMMODITY/2026/01 Bidder Response – [Bidder Name], [Date]"
• All attached documents must be clearly labelled to indicate what each file contains
• This is a sealed tender submission and will not be opened until the tender closing date
• Do not send tender-related questions via email, as they will not be answered
