King Faisal Hospital Rwanda invites qualified companies to submit bids for the supply of IT equipment under an annual framework agreement. Funding has been allocated from the hospital's budget for this procurement.

Tender Lots

This tender is divided into three independent lots:

• Supply of computers and accessories
• Supply of printers and accessories
• Supply of network items, network cables, and access points

Tender Documents

• Location: King Faisal Hospital, Gasabo District, Kigali City
• Cost: Non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwf (proof of payment required)
• Payment Account: King Faisal Hospital account at ECOBANK

Bid Requirements

• Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rwf 1,500,000 per lot
• Bid Security must be duly signed and sealed by a recognized Bank or Insurance Company guarantor
• Bid Security shall remain valid until thirty days after the bid validity period
• Bids must be well-printed, properly bound, and submitted in 3 copies (one original)

• Late Bids: Will be rejected and returned unopened

Bid Opening
