Our company is would like to hire a Sales Officer to work in our “Tech” business wingPurpose of the Job:  The Senior Lamination Operator is responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining lamination machines to ensure efficient production of high-quality laminated products. The role includes supervising junior operators, monitoring production quality, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate lamination machines according to production schedules.Adjust machine settings (temperature, pressure, speed, tension) to meet product specifications.Monitor production process and ensure output meets quality standards.Inspect raw materials (film, adhesive, substrates) before and during production.Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues to minimize downtime.Coordinate with maintenance team for machine servicing and repairs.Supervise and guide junior lamination operators and helpers.Ensure proper documentation of production data, waste reports, and machine logs.Maintain cleanliness of machines and work area (5S standard).Follow workplace safety policies.Reduce material waste and improve process efficiency
