The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production processes, maintain high quality standards, and lead a team to meet safety, cost, and delivery targets.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, and supervise daily production activitiesEnsure production targets are achieved on time and within budgetMonitor powder processing operations (mixing, blending, drying, packaging, etc.)Maintain product quality and compliance with industry standardsImplement and enforce safety and hygiene proceduresManage production staff, including training and performance evaluationCoordinate with maintenance, quality control, and supply chain departmentsReduce waste and improve operational efficiencyPrepare production reports and KPIs for managementAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesSalary & Benefits: NegotiationLocation: Hayat Square, Addis Ababa, EthiopiaEmployment Type: Full-Time
