The coordinator will ensure that all activities are carried out according to the project design, humanitarian standards (Sphere, Shelter/NFI, Gender), and donor requirements. The role includes directly supervising field staff, working with local stakeholders, and ensuring an integrated, gender-sensitive, and participatory approach across three IDP sites.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesProject Implementation & CoordinationLead field-level planning, coordination, and execution of project activities in line with the approved project proposal, work plan, and ShelterBox partnership agreement.Supervise and support field teams in the delivery of household item packages, dignity kits, cash for shelter, and the construction of communal women’s safe spaces and fire safety points.Ensure the establishment and functioning of beneficiary selection committees and Feedback, Complaint, and Response Mechanisms (FCRMs) in all IDP sites.Organize and facilitate community mobilization, sensitization sessions, and participatory planning meetings with IDPs, ensuring inclusion of women, youth, persons with disabilities, and older persons.Oversee the distribution process, ensuring safety, dignity, and accessibility for all beneficiaries, including door-to-door distribution for vulnerable households.Coordinate with PAD’s logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely and quality supply of materials.Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting & Learning (MERL)Conduct regular field visits to monitor activity implementation, quality of assistance, and adherence to work plans and Sphere standards.Prepare and submit timely, accurate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to the Humanitarian Programs Manager and to ShelterBox.Lead Post-Distribution Monitoring (PDM) an...
