The COO will be responsible for driving operational excellence, scaling business processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring successful delivery of technology solutions to clients.The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with strong business acumen and a proven track record in technology services, digital transformation, or IT solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipCollaborate with the CEO to develop and execute the company’s strategic planTranslate strategy into actionable operational plansDrive organizational growth, scalability, and profitabilityEstablish KPIs and performance metrics across departmentsOperations ManagementOversee daily operations including delivery, project management, support, and internal processesEnsure efficient and effective service delivery to clientsOptimize operational workflows and resource allocationImplement best practices, systems, and toolsTechnology Delivery OversightEnsure successful execution of technology projects (software, cloud, infrastructure, digital transformation, etc.)Monitor project timelines, quality, and profitabilityImprove delivery frameworks and methodologies (Agile, DevOps, ITIL, etc.)Financial and Business PerformanceManage operational budgets and cost controlsImprove margins, efficiency, and revenue performanceSupport sales and business development teams in scaling operationsTeam LeadershipBuild, mentor, and lead high-performing teamsDevelop leadership capability across the organizationFoster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaborationProcess ImprovementIdentify inefficiencies and implement improvementsEstablish scalable operational infrastructureDrive automation and digital transformation internallyClient and Stakeholder ManagementEnsure high levels of customer satisfactionSupport key client relationships when requiredWork closely with leadership, partners, and stakeholders
