Job Objective

Assist customers with daily cash inquiries, including accepting credit slips, sorting checks, and ensuring balance in all transactions at the end of the working period. Handle customer complaints and requests related to cash transactions while resolving issues professionally. The successful candidate must be proficient, fast, and precise when dealing with customers.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise debit, credit, and cash transactions, as well as other forms of payments within the bank
• Review cash accounts daily
• Establish an exciting and welcoming atmosphere for clients upon entering the bank
• Supply clients with relevant information on products and services available
• List all promotions and relay them to customers
• Handle customer complaints and requests
• Resolve issues related to cash transactions

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Sufficient clerical, bookkeeping, and administrative cash-handling experience
• Ability to maintain accurate balance of large amounts of currency consistently
• Ability to maintain confidential information and safeguard the bank's integrity
• Ability to execute assigned duties effectively with proper understanding of verbal and written directives
• Adequate customer service orientation and experience
• Ability to tolerate stress in a fast-paced environment
