Registered under CSO Proclamation No. 1113/2019, CE delivers rights-based, inclusive rehabilitation services to persons with disabilities — particularly children aged 5–18 — through center- based, mobile outreach, and community-based modalities across 38+ locations in 9 regions.CE’s vision is to become the “African hub of excellence in comprehensive rights-based disability rehabilitation.” Its key partners  include  CBM International, Liliane Fonds, LFTW, and EthiopiaidWhy This Consultancy?CE’s 2021–2025 Strategic Plan is concluding.
