About the Position

Dashen Bank S.C is seeking a qualified Branch Business Relationship Manager for Islamic Finance Banking (IFB) to serve branches under the West Addis Ababa District. This role involves planning, organizing, leading, and controlling business development activities within the branch team in the assigned region.

Job Summary

The Branch Business Relationship Manager - IFB will be responsible for attracting, deepening, and managing financial relationships to meet deposit and Interest Free Financing and Investment growth goals. The successful candidate will drive business growth for the Bank in the IFB market segment, promote and sell other products and services of the Bank, and enhance value-added relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, lead, and control business development activities within the branch team
• Attract and develop new financial relationships aligned with deposit and Interest Free Financing goals
• Manage and deepen existing customer relationships
• Achieve business growth targets in the IFB market segment
• Promote and sell Bank products and services to enhance customer value
• Support achievement of Investment growth goals
