Accountant

Job summary: The accountant works closely with senior accountant and Finance manager for the day-to-day financial transaction and functioning of the company. The accountant is responsible for maintaining accounting records of all financial transaction at daily bases.   KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:Prepare payments, controls cash movement of the company Ascertain that all relevant documents are in place and proper before payment authorization is madeOn monthly basis prepare payroll, statutory deductions and other related paymentPrepares bank reconciliation every month and takes the necessary action to correct when neededFollow up office finance and assures the appropriate utilization of financeEnsure compliance with organizational financial policy as well as statutory financial requirementResponsible for appropriate use of materials of the company and annual inventoryRegister & count of fixed asset at farm and Head office.Deal with external customers such us auditors, banks, suppliers and service providers  Salary: Negotiable👉 Employment Type: Full time👉 Job Level: Mid-Level (3 Years ) Reports to:  Senior Accountant
