Department: Marketing and sales Number of Employees Required:  3(Three) Employment Type:        Full-Time, PermanentLocation: Addis Ababa SECTION B: JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE  To drive project-based sales by providing technical expertise, building relationships with architects and contractors, and promoting construction chemical solutions through demonstrations, training, and market intelligenceTo ensure seamless integration with ERP systems for accurate order processing, pipeline tracking, and reportingSECTION C: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES  Identify and secure large-scale project opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial segments, managing the full project pipeline from lead generation to closure  Organize and lead technical discussions with architects, consultants, and contractors to create product awareness and provide tailored technical proposals for cost-optimized solutions  Conduct on-site product applications to demonstrate performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide immediate technical support to contractors and clients  Deliver technical training sessions to internal teams, contractors, applicators, and external stakeholders, developing training materials and application manuals  Prepare technical documents including application manuals, product data sheets, case studies, and standard operating procedures for product application  Manage the end-to-end sales process within SAP B1, including creating and tracking sales orders, quotations, invoices, and maintaining accurate project documentation  Define monthly KPIs, conduct performance evaluations, and prepare weekly and monthly sales reports highlighting achievements and pipeline status  Conduct ongoing market intelligence on competitor pricing, new products, and market dynamics, providing insights for product development and positioning  Receive, investigate, and resolve customer complaints, coordinating with technical and production teams and ensuring corrective actions are implemented  Support digital marketing efforts by creating technical content for LinkedIn, webinars, and brochures to reach applicators and construction companies  Collaborate with sales, logistics, finance, and technical teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and project execution  Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and key decision-makers in the construction sector
