Job Summary

The Regional Sales Officer will be based in the Head Office in Addis Ababa and the Bulgaria Branch regions. The primary responsibility is driving revenue growth by generating new business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and actively promoting the laboratory's services.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies and business development plans that align with the laboratory's growth objectives
• Keep abreast of new developments in the healthcare and diagnostic industry
• Generate new business ideas and identify new market opportunities
• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies
• Identify and pursue new clients in assigned regions
• Conduct professional sales presentations to prospective clients
• Participate in promotional activities and marketing initiatives
• Consistently achieve or exceed assigned revenue targets
