Kaliti Food s.c (Cerealia)- invites qualified and experienced professionals to apply for the position of  National Sales Head.About the JobThe National Sales Manager will oversee Cerealia’s nationwide sales operations, driving revenue growth and market expansion. This role is responsible for setting strategic sales objectives, establishing targets and quotas, managing budgets, and developing sales programs and materials. The manager ensures consistent and profitable sales revenue while strengthening brand presence through effective planning, deployment, and leadership of sales and marketing teams.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead and manage sales and marketing channels to achieve revenue growth across multiple regions.Supervise the sales department, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.Analyze market trends and customer needs to define pricing strategies, volumes, incentives, and discount structures.Support and mentor the sales force through regular field visits, ride-alongs, and training sessions.Utilize CRM/RTM systems to track leads, coverage, volumes, and performance, providing comprehensive reports to management.Ensure achievement of sales targets and budget expectations.Record and report all sales activities to the CEO and Board on a periodic basis.Develop and execute sales event activities.Monitor progress and prepare Sales performance reports.Review sales team performance, improve performances and provide quarterly productivity assessments.Accurately forecast annual, quarterly,daily and monthly revenue streams.Coordinate company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.Formulate and implement sales policies, practices, and procedures.Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.Conduct market research to stay updated on industry sales trends and competitor activities.Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively across projects.Represent the organization externally with customers, stakeholders, and partners.Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.Key DeliverablesAchieve 100% revenue growth and strengthen brand equity across all product lines.Drive new product development and market introduction.Meet agreed sales objectives and sales targets.Explore new market opportunities and innovative sales strategies.Conduct field research to capture sales insights and market trends.Document and implement best practices in sales.Enhance the skill levels of sales and marketing staff through training and mentorship.
