Technical MasteryThe candidate must demonstrate "Subject Matter Expertise" in:Systems Engineering: Advanced proficiency in Chilled Water Plants, VRF/VRV architecture, District Cooling, and specialized Smoke Management systems.Analytical Design: Expert-level Heat Load Modeling (HAP, Trace 3D, or IESVE) and Fluid Dynamics (Duct/Pipe/Pump sizing).BIM Integration: Mastery of Revit (MEP) is mandatory. We are looking for "BIM-first" designers who can navigate 3D coordination and clash detection seamlessly.Standards Compliance: Deep fluency in ASHRAE (62.1, 90.1, 15, 55), SMACNA, NFPA 92 (Smoke Control), and sustainability frameworks like LEED or EDGE.2. Key Responsibilities & ImpactDesign Excellence: Execute end-to-end HVAC designs, including high-fidelity schematics, detailed BOQs, and rigorous technical specifications.Multi-Disciplinary Synergy: Lead technical coordination with Architecture, Structural, and MEP (Electrical/Plumbing) teams to ensure zero-clash integration.Technical Oversight: Conduct high-level site audits to ensure installation aligns with design intent and international quality benchmarks.Value Engineering: Identify opportunities for cost-saving and energy optimization without compromising system integrity.3.
