The organization works in collaboration with government bodies, UN agencies, NGOs, and community partners to create protective environments and promote positive socio-economic change in conflict-affected and underserved regions of the country.Reports to: Senior Program Manager, Program Head & Regional ManagerNo of positions: OneType of Employment- Four Months Contract with possibility of extension based on fund availability ROLE PURPOSE: The MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning) Coordinator is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and oversight of MEAL systems across programs/projects. The role ensures that data collection, analysis, reporting, and learning processes are timely, accurate, and contribute to evidence-based decision-making. The MEAL Coordinator promotes accountability to beneficiaries, strengthens organizational learning, and supports program quality and effectiveness in line with donor and organizational standards.Key Areas of Accountability1. MEAL System Design & ImplementationDevelop and implement MEAL frameworks, tools, and guidelines for all programs.Ensure that monitoring and evaluation systems are aligned with program objectives, donor requirements, and organizational standards.Support staff in adopting MEAL procedures and best practices.2. Data Management & AnalysisOversee timely, accurate, and ethical collection, entry, and storage of program data.Conduct analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to assess program performance, outcomes, and impact.Provide actionable recommendations based on data to improve program quality.3. Reporting & AccountabilityPrepare high-quality internal and donor reports, dashboards, and presentations.Ensure programs are accountable to beneficiaries, including feedback mechanisms and complaint handling.Promote transparency and ethical data management, ensuring confidentiality where required.4.
