Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified Junior Mechanic to control and maintain machinery and materials according to required company and international standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement maintenance action plans for all machinery tasks and upgrades
• Conduct regular maintenance on machinery systems
• Examine machines and oversee diagnostic tests to determine functionality problems
• Assemble mechanical components according to specifications
• Maintain work logs, repair records, and maintenance documentation
• Monitor inventory and order new parts when necessary
• Handle record keeping and re-ordering systems
• Communicate information about material availability
• Maintain a clean and organized work area through dusting and cleaning
• Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and company procedures
• Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures and prepare accident reports
• Offer consultation on maintenance and preventative procedures
• Ensure preparedness and response to emergency situations and accidents
• Meet with stakeholders to understand concerns and identify issues
• Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisor
