It markets fuels, lubricants, and specialty products through a network of over 120 service stations across Ethiopia, serving both retail and direct customers.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Administration & Employee ServicesMaintain and update employee records (digital and hard copy).Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, job descriptions, and collective agreements.Ensure legal compliance across all HR activities and ensure strict application of company policies, labor laws, and collective agreements.Manage employment contract documentation and post‑recruitment processes (medical checks, police clearance, insurance, ID cards, etc.).Prepare employment support letters and manage staff requests professionally.Staff Welfare & InsuranceCoordinate staff insurance and medical matters, including renewals, policy updates, and communication with providers.Prepare and process medical payments, reimbursements, and external service provider payments.Employee Lifecycle ManagementHandle promotions, transfers, acting appointments, and terminations.Oversee leave management and ensure leave plans are followed.Monitor the recruitment administration of contracted employees.Payroll & CompensationPrepare payroll inputs and process monthly payroll in the payroll processing tool.Ensure timely salary disbursement and accurate monthly payroll reporting.Manage employee loans and advances according to policy.Context & Work EnvironmentStrong unionized environment involving both staff and professionals.Challenging socio‑economic landscape with unemployment, and variable graduate quality.Why Join TotalEnergies Marketing Ethiopia S.C.?Career Growth: TotalEnergies is committed to employee development and offers opportunities for continuous learning and career advancement.Impactful Work: Contribute to solving real-world challenges in energy and making a tangible difference for our customers.Supportive Environment: Be part of a team that values diversity, promotes individual growth, and offers a supportive work environment.Salary: We offer a competitive salary package as per the Company scale.
