Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and assist walk-in customers and clients visiting the showroom
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify repeat business opportunities
• Promote and sell products to achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all showroom products, including features, technical specifications, and benefits
• Demonstrate equipment operation and usage to customers
• Stay updated on new arrivals and products
• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
• Coordinate with logistics for product delivery, installation, and after-sales service
• Provide customer feedback to management to support product and service improvements
• Handle customer inquiries professionally
• Keep accurate records of all sales activities
