The organization works in collaboration with government bodies, UN agencies, NGOs, and community partners to create protective environments and promote positive socio-economic change in conflict-affected and underserved regions of the country Reports to: Senior Program ManagerSupervises: GBV Prevention & Case management officers, WGSS Case workers, MHPSS Officers.Type of Employment- Four Months Contract with possibility of extension based on fund availability ROLE PURPOSE: The GBV Project Manager is responsible for the overall management, coordination, and quality implementation of Gender-Based Violence prevention and response programs. The role ensures that all activities are survivor-centered, aligned with international and national GBV standards, and integrated across protection, health, MHPSS, and legal services. The Project Manager provides technical leadership, oversees program planning, monitoring, and reporting, strengthens referral pathways and stakeholder partnerships, and ensures the safety, dignity, and empowerment of GBV survivors in humanitarian and development contexts.This role covers Shire, Sheraro.T/Adyabo,Ahsea,Alamata,Raya Alamata, and Ofla,KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:Program Management and ImplementationLead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of GBV prevention, risk mitigation, and response activities.Ensure programming aligns with international standards, national policies, and organizational safety protocols.Develop annual work plans, budgets, and implementation strategies.Integrate GBV risk mitigation measures across sectors where applicable.2. Case Management OversightSupervise and mentor GBV case workers and related staff.Ensure high-quality, confidential, and timely survivor-centered case management services.Monitor adherence to guiding principles including safety, confidentiality, non-discrimination, and respect.Review complex cases and provide technical guidance as needed.3.
