This role focuses on empowering the business status and ensuring the effective operation of these facilities.Job Summary:The Vice CEO will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Psychiatry Rehabilitation Center, Psychiatry Specialty Clinic, and Psychiatry Consultation PLC. This role is designed for a senior healthcare business leader, not solely a clinical administrator. Success will be measured by organizational growth, financial sustainability, service quality, and system-level impact on mental health care delivery. Similarly, responsible for enhancing the business status of these entities through innovative service delivery, effective Marketing Strategy, financial management, quality improvement, and community engagement. The candidate will possess a deep understanding of psychiatric services, rehabilitation processes, and business operations within the healthcare sector.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service offerings, improve patient outcomes, and increase market share.Collaborate with the CEO, Operation Manager and executive team to define the vision and direction of psychiatric services.Business Leadership & Governance ResponsibilitiesAssume full responsibility for financial performance, including revenue growth, cost optimization, budgeting, and profitability across all psychiatric service lines.Lead enterprise-wide strategic planning, translating organizational vision into measurable business outcomes and growth targets.Serve as a key member of the executive leadership and governance team, with authority to make binding operational and financial decisions and to act on behalf of the CEO and shareholders when required.Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including patient volumes, revenue targets, cost-to-revenue ratios, service-line profitability, quality indicators, and staff productivity.Drive revenue strategy and business development, including service pricing, partnerships, institutional contracts, donor or NGO collaborations, and expansion into new markets or service lines.Lead change management initiatives, including service scaling, systems strengthening, and cultural transformation in a dynamic healthcare environment.Operational, Financial, Risk Management & Leadership Support:Oversee daily operations of the Psychiatry Rehabilitation Center and associated clinics, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.Monitor and optimize operational efficiency, patient flow, and resource allocation.Oversee multi-site operations with accountability for efficiency, compliance, quality, and patient experience.Ensure strong financial governance, compliance with Ethiopian tax laws, and alignment with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.Identify, assess, and mitigate operationa...
