About the Role

Elegance Import and Export PLC (Yango Elegance) is seeking 50+ energetic and motivated Outdoor Sales Agents to join our growing team. Your main role will be to recruit and register new drivers for our ride service platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively recruit and register drivers to the Yango platform
• Clearly explain the benefits and how to use the app to prospective drivers
• Achieve daily and weekly registration targets
• Report daily performance to your team lead

Position Details

• Number of positions: 50
• Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
• Salary: 7,000 ETB per month plus weekly commission
