Logistics Operations Coordinator

About the Role

The Logistics Operations Coordinator supports daily transportation and logistics activities by coordinating with third-party logistics providers, monitoring transport execution, and ensuring safe and efficient operations. This role facilitates communication between local and international teams and helps resolve operational issues in real time.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the logistics transportation scheduling manager in coordinating with third-party logistics companies and track the execution of transportation plans (dispatch, in transit, arrival, etc.)
• Manage the local driver team, organize safety training, and communicate daily HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) requirements
• Monitor the transportation process and promptly report abnormal situations, including delays, vehicle breakdowns, and safety incidents
• Assist in pre-departure inspections covering vehicle condition, documentation, and PPE
• Facilitate communication and coordination between local and international teams, providing necessary language support and information transfer
• Collect and report on-site operational issues and assist in improving transportation efficiency
