We’re looking for a dynamic individual to manage our online presence, generate leads, and drive sales directly in our office.Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing & Social Media:Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with sales targets.Plan monthly and campaign-based content calendars.Create engaging content for online campaigns, ads, brochures, and events.Identify target audiences and select the right digital channels.Coordinate with management to promote priority products.Respond promptly to messages, comments, and inquiries on social media.Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.Manage company accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.Filter and forward serious leads to the sales team.Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.Ensure all content is professional, accurate, and brand-aligned.Sales Officer / Office Sales Duties:Serve as the first point of contact for clients visiting or calling the office.Understand and promote company products to potential clients.Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.Maintain and update the customer database.Assist customers with inquiries, quotations, and product information.Coordinate with digital marketing efforts to convert online leads into sales.Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
