The Heavy Equipment Operator (Excavator) at Mullege PLC is responsible for operating excavators and other heavy machinery to support construction and architectural projects. This full-time, senior-level position requires 5-8 years of experience and offers a remote working environment. The operator will ensure that machinery is operated safely and efficiently, contributing to the successful completion of projects while adhering to industry standards and regulations.Key Responsibilities:Operate excavators and heavy machinery to execute excavation, grading, and other construction activities.Conduct pre-operation inspections of equipment to ensure safety and functionality.Communicate effectively with team members and project managers to understand project requirements.Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment usage.Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks on the job site.Assist in the loading and unloading of materials as needed.Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.Train and mentor junior operators on best practices and safety procedures.Coordinate with site supervisors to optimize workflow and project timelines.Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area and machinery.
