Job SummaryThe Organization Development (OD) Consultant is responsible for analyzing, designing, and improving organizational structures, processes, and people systems to enhance organizational effectiveness and performance. The role supports client organizations in organization design, workforce planning, job architecture, change management, and cultural transformation initiatives to ensure alignment between strategy, structure, and talent.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesConduct organizational diagnostics and assessments.Design and review organizational structures aligned with strategy.Develop function descriptions and reporting relationships.Prepare staffing plans and workforce models.Conduct job analysis and job evaluation.Develop job descriptions and job specifications.Design job grading and salary structure frameworks.Design compensation and benefits design packages.Develop organization performance frameworks.Develop change management plans and implementation strategies.Facilitate organizational change initiatives.Promote culture alignment and employee engagement.Lead consulting assignments and deliver project outcomes.Prepare professional reports, presentations, and recommendations.Facilitate workshops and stakeholder consultations.Provides trainings on Organization Development, Change Management and related.Build strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.Contribute to technical proposal preparation.Support research projects on organizational development trends.Support thought leadership and internal knowledge sharingKey DeliverablesOrganization structure designsFunctional descriptions and staffing plansJob descriptions and grading mythologyCompensation and salary scale reportsChange management plansOrganizational assessment reports
