Marketing Officer

Position Overview:Dream Orthopedics, Trauma and Spine Center is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Marketing Officer. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor Degree in Health Officer, Nursing and other with health related disciplines. Especially health care service experience is mandatory.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Dream Orthopedics, Trauma and Spine Center’s services.Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online advertising platforms.Coordinate with the clinical team to create promotional materials that accurately represent the center’s offerings.Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and patient feedback to identify opportunities for growth.Manage content creation for the center’s website, social media channels, and other marketing collateral.Organize and participate in health fairs, community outreach programs, and promotional events.Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring targeted communication and engagement.Track and report on campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize results.Collaborate with external vendors, media agencies, and partners to enhance brand visibility.Ensure compliance with healthcare advertising regulations and ethical standards.Provide support to the sales team with marketing materials and lead generation activities.Job Requirement: One (1) positionWorkplace: Dream Orthopedics, Trauma and Spine CenterSalary: Competitive and Attractive, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
