We export premium roasted coffee to international markets and supply top-tier hotels and leading supermarkets across Ethiopia.Job PurposeThe Office Manager provides high-level administrative, operational, and coordination support to the CEO. The role ensures effective office operations, executive scheduling, communication management, and coordination across departments to enhance organizational efficiency.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesA. Executive SupportManage CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents.Draft official correspondences and memos.Follow up on action points from management meetings.Coordinate executive travel arrangements and logistics.B. Office AdministrationSupervise office administrative staff.Ensure proper documentation and filing systems.Oversee office supplies, maintenance, and service providers.Coordinate company events and meetings.C. Coordination & CommunicationServe as communication bridge between CEO and departments.Track departmental performance updates for CEO review.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
