Our Company Marta food complex would like to hire energetic, well proven experienced Sales and Marketing Manager based on the following requirements.Position: Sales and Marketing ManagerWorking place: Bahir Dar with frequent traveling to country sides.Salary- Based on company Scale (It is very attractive plus commission.)  SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPlans, organizes, directs, coordinates and controls the Marketing and Sales activities including sales, market research, business development, public relations, advertisement, and customer service of the company as per the required plan and set target;Coordinates the formulation of plan objectives, development of conceptual frameworks, guidelines and implementation strategies in relation to each subordinate;Identifies new lines of business or expansion of existing sales; prepares report indicating a range of business alternatives in rank of desirability and probability of success in terms of cost, profit, effectiveness and risk;Proposes strategy to resolve future situations that affect business development and sales expansion.Analyzes sales data, and investment opportunities;Develops and formulates Marta Food Complex goals, objectives and standards;Closely follows actual achievements and compares them with goals, objectives standards and past performance;Submits to the supervisor the sales performance analysis and findings with appropriate proposal and recommendations;Develops performance indicators and sales evaluation and review techniques to control each subordinate’s performance in the department;Closely follows sales results; compares plan with actual results; conducts gap analysis and submits findings with recommendations;Develops strategies to ensure rate of growth and profitability of the company business; coordinates studies related to investment and the progressive expansion of products and services;Investigates and evaluates opportunities; provides advice on the course of action to be taken in light of competitors performance and environmental needs and changes;Identifies, analyzes and exploits market opportunities to fulfill  the company strategic objectives;Develops marketing and customer service strategies, and designs Marketing and Sales management support systems;Ensures that customers are well treated and their enquiries are addressed; timely in a professional manner;Investigates irregularities in the provision of customer service, and determines corrective measures;Utilizes various media to communicate product features or create awareness of new and existing products through promotion, advertisement and other related mechanisms;Ensures that the company's services and facilities are marketed per the firm rules and procedures to the satisfaction of customers;Regularly assesses and evaluates the quality, adequacy and effectiveness of theProvision of products and services and contact the supplier whenever there are convincing issues from customers and related issues;Puts in plac...
