Roles & ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the month-end count, variance analysis, and collection of justifications for reporting to managementMonthly reporting of production variance analysis to top management, followed by an investigation of gaps and corrective actionsWork closely with the operation team to understand and explain the main drivers of production variance Prepare a weekly consumption report, compare actual cost to standards, and make recommendations for correctionManage standard cost maintenance, variance analysis, and adjustments in consultation with production team and managementReport the fixed expenses for each line and recommend the best output depending on line efficiency.Prepare and share the insurance report with the insurer on a monthly basis.Offer financial assistance for major projects, new business initiatives, and product launches. Conduct financial due diligence and determine the potential return on investment for new initiatives.Coordinate the annual budgeting process, from obtaining input from various departments to completing the final report.Provide guidance on cost management and Identify and implement cost savings initiatives Anticipate internal and/or external business challenges and/or regulatory issuesPrepare financial models to guide the company’s financial direction.
