Job Summary

The Digital Data and Device Management Facilitator manages data and devices for the RFSA-PReSERVE project, enhancing information management systems. Reporting directly to the ICT Program Manager and working jointly with Zonal ICT Coordinators and project partners, this role ensures verification of data collection and device management across all project activities.

Principal Responsibilities

Data Management

• Oversee the digital data entry process to ensure RFSA data is accurately, efficiently, and timely encoded into RFSA MIS tools, aligned with set standards and deadlines
• Regularly check and analyze data anomalies (missing fields, duplicates, etc.) and resolve integration issues in collaboration with the data team and woreda M&E staff
• Develop and implement data management techniques ensuring high-quality data collection, guaranteeing adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy of data to meet programmatic and donor requirements
• Lead implementation of data management protocols and systems
