Job Purpose

To provide effective clerical support that enables the efficient and smooth operations of the bank.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support for the effective and efficient operations of the bank
• Handle customer financial transactions
• Address customer enquiries regarding their financial transactions
• Educate customers on the products and services offered by the bank
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Chief Executive Officer

Required Qualifications

• HND in Accounting or any other discipline
• University Diploma or DBS in Accounting or equivalent qualification

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Strong commitment to confidentiality
