• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the College
• Oversee the academic, administrative, and financial operations of the College
• Lead and support the development and implementation of quality teaching and learning programmes
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including staff, students, alumni, and the wider community
• Demonstrate a high sense of diligence, strong leadership qualities, sound organisational skills, and uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism
• Mobilise and attract grants, partnerships, and funding to support research, innovation, and institutional development activities
• Uphold and promote the College's reputation, values, and standards
