Tender Overview

Agaciro Development Fund (AgDF) invites qualified companies to submit bids for the following tender lots:

• Lot 1: Supply and Installation of Screen Monitors
• Lot 2: Supply and Installation of IT Equipment
• Lot 3: Development of Agaciro Core MIS

The tender document in English may be obtained on any working day upon presentation of proof of payment of ten thousand Rwandan francs (FRW 10,000) as a non-refundable fee. Payment should be made to AgDF Corporate Trust Ltd, held in Bank of Kigali.

Bid Submission Requirements

• Bids must be written in English language
• Bids must be well-scanned and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer of Agaciro Development Fund
• All bid submissions are done online
• Bid title should clearly indicate the tender name
• Late bids will be rejected

Submission Deadline

Bids must be submitted no later than Wednesday, 17th June at 15:00 PM

Bid Opening

The opening of bids will take place on 17th June at 15:30 PM in the AgDF board room in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.

Bid Validity

All submitted bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the submission deadline.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bidders must be companies registered in Rwanda
