About the Organization

Teamsmart Groupe S.A is expanding its mobility solutions platform across the South West Region of Cameroon and is building its founding team for this strategic initiative.

Position Overview

We are recruiting three (3) Driver Recruitment Officers to support the commercial launch of our mobility platform in Buea and Limbe. These roles are fundamental to growing our driver network and reaching operational sustainability targets.

Position Details

• Location: Buea and Limbe, South West Region, Cameroon
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Probation Period: Six (6) months
• Number of Positions: Three (3)

Primary Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit moto-taxi drivers and operators from Buea, Limbe, and surrounding communities
• Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions including platform familiarization, application training, and conduct guidelines
• Verify driver credentials and documentation (driving licenses, identification, insurance coverage, vehicle inspection certificates)
• Monitor driver activation progress and maintain engagement with drivers who have completed onboarding but remain inactive
• Establish partnerships with moto-taxi associations and the Fako Drivers Association to facilitate bulk recruitment initiatives
• Organize regular driver community events and informational gatherings to maintain engagement
• Administer the driver referral incentive scheme, including tracking referrals and facilitating timely bonus distributions
• Submit weekly driver recruitment pipeline updates to senior management

Required Qualifications

• Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor's Degree in any field of study
• Demonstrated experience in recruitment, sales, field-based roles, or community engagement
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with ability to work effectively in community settings
• Familiarity with transportation operations and drivers in the Fako Division region
• Fluent English proficiency; knowledge of Pidgin or French is beneficial
