Pour accompagner sa croissance, FALOCAM recrute pour ce poste. FALOCAM is looking for a Sales Representative   Sales Representative – North-west Region and West A- Duties and Responsibilities a) Prospecting and Business Development
  • Identify and seek out new clients within the North-West region.
  • Build and manage a customer portfolio (wholesalers, retailers, distributors).
  • Present and showcase the company’s products to clients.
b) Sales and Negotiation
  • Discuss and agree on sales terms in line with the company’s commercial policy.
  • Log customer orders and ensure proper tracking until delivery.
  • Meet the sales targets set by the Sales Department.
c) Customer Follow-up
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Address customer complaints and suggest suitable solutions.
  • Check product availability at customer sites and avoid stock shortages.
d) Market Analysis
  • Spot business development opportunities within the area.
  • Recommend promotional activities to boost sales performance.
e) Reporting and Administrative Management
  • Produce regular reports on commercial activities and sales results.
  • Follow up on customer payments and overdue debts.
  • Take part in sales meetings and company marketing activities.
B- Technical Skills
  • Sales and commercial negotiation techniques.
  • Customer prospecting and portfolio development.
  • Market analysis and competitive intelligence.
  • Proficiency in sales monitoring and reporting techniques.

Profile:
  • Minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND) / Bac+2 in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Good knowledge of the North-West regional market would be an additional asset.
