About the Role

@fric Payment Solutions seeks a Group Senior FP&A professional to convert financial data into actionable insights and assist with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making across the group.

Reporting Structure

Reports to: Group CFO

Main Responsibilities

• Produce monthly management dashboards and KPI reports
• Maintain and refresh rolling forecasts and long-term projections
• Perform variance and scenario analysis against budget and plan
• Assist business units with financial planning and decision-making
• Monitor and report on strategic initiatives and investment performance
• Provide ad-hoc analysis for board and investor reporting

Key Deliverables

• Monthly management reporting pack (D+6)
• Rolling 3-month forecast (updated monthly)
• Quarterly strategic performance review (Q+5)
• Investor metrics pack (quarterly)

Scope of Position

Group-wide FP&A coverage, including all subsidiaries and business lines. Works closely with Financial Controllers and Treasury teams.

Performance Indicators

• Accuracy and timeliness of forecasts and reports
• Quality of insights and recommendations for management

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance or Economics; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, management reporting, or strategic finance
• Strong Excel, modelling, and data analysis skills
• Excellent communication skills to present insights to management
• Experience in multi-entity and multi-currency environments preferred
• Fluency in French and English, written and spoken, is an advantage
